How to Order
You can order instant carma products through our Web site, by phone, or by fax. Please add items you are interested in to your basket and then proceed to checkout. You can also call us toll free at (800) 706-4322 or fax your order to (866) 203-7628.

Refusing Delivery of Damaged Items.
If you receive your package opened or damaged, refuse delivery of the merchandise then contact our Customer Service Department right away at (800) 706-4322 to report the problem. We guarantee to get your purchases to you in good condition.
Post Delivery Damage Discovery.
If you realize you received a damaged or defective product after accepting delivery, contact us immediately at (800) 706-4322 or support@instantcarma.com for instructions on returning the damaged/defective item. We will send you a replacement or issue you a full refund immediately after receiving the damaged or defective product. We will not charge you any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.
Forms of Payment
Our company accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover credit cards. Debit cards issued by MasterCard or Visa are also accepted. We do not accept CODs or cash payments. Cashiers checks and money orders are accepted, but they may cause a delay in delivery until funds are verified with the issuing bank.
Credit Card Charges
Our company will attempt to secure authorization on your credit card immediately following the point of purchase online or over the phone. If there is a problem securing this authorization, you will be notified right away and asked to make corrections. Your order will not be shipped until these corrections are made and your credit card is authorized.
Amount of Credit Card Charges
When you place your order online, you will be presented with the price of the merchandise as well as any service, shipping, or sales tax charges that are applicable. You will be charged sales tax if your order is being delivered to California.
No E-Mail Confirmation of Charges Was Received
If you do not receive your order confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us to ensure that your order is being processed.

Returns
We offer a 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item. If you are returning your merchandise by mail, please follow the procedure outlined below to ensure we process the return according to your wishes. Please keep the packing slip that you receive with your shipment and put it in the box with your return. Ship your package by parcel post or UPS ground to:

If you no longer have the packing slip that accompanied your order, please include a note specifying your name, shipping address (including zip code), reason for return, and whether you would like an exchange, replacement or refund. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
Privacy StatementPrivacy is taken very seriously at instant carma. Our privacy policy is simple. We will not provide, rent, or make available in any way, our customer information to any parties outside of instant carma LLC.
Shipping Methods
All shipments in the continental US will be shipped FedEx ground or United States Postal Service, depending on the package weight and destination. Shipments to FPO/APO and P. O. Box addresses will be shipped U.S. Postal Service and may take extra time for delivery. Rush orders are not available for FPO/APO and P.O. Box addresses. There is an additional $8.00 charge for shipments to Alaska & Hawaii.
Delivery Times
All approved orders are shipped within 2 business days of receipt. Standard deliveries to the continental United States are shipped from California and should arrive in 1-6 business days. Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not included as business days.
Rush deliveries to the continental United States should arrive on the 3rd day. All orders must be in by 12:00 Pacific Standard Time to be processed that day.
Foreign Countries
To ship to a foreign country, we must remove the product from the packaging so it can fit in a standard USPS envelope. The limit per order is 2 sets. The cost for shipping is a flat rate of $11.00. While we cannot guarantee delivery times, most shipments arrive within 6-10 business days.
Sales Tax
All shipments within California will be charged a 8.25% sales tax.

Minimum wholesale orders: $150.
We generally ship orders within one week of receipt, depending on credit status and stock availability.
We offer COD, prepaid and net 30 terms with approved credit. Submit your credit sheet with reseller's permit number, bank and trade references; allow 1-2 weeks for verification. Visa/Master Card accepted for orders under $500.00
All Net 30 customers who become past due revert to COD on all future orders. No Proforma orders or post-dated checks accepted.
A $20.00 service charge will be added to all returned checks.
Damages and shortages must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
All sales are final. No returns without authorization from instant carma LLC. All returns assessed a 15% restocking fee, must be in resellable condition, and shipped freight paid by buyer.
All wholesale inquiries must include a seller's permit number or equivalent proof of business ownership.
